She likes: Shoes (she will crawl over, grab shoes, carry them back and hand them to me to put them on her feet), crawling, going upside down, trying to eat Addie's toes, pulling herself up, books, reading books while getting her diaper changed (diaper changing was getting increasingly difficult as she would twist and turn and try to throw herself off the changing table, even on the rug she would turn over and crawl away....towards the bookshelf. Turns out she just wanted to get a book to read while getting a new diaper! Now as long as she has a book, she'll lay there happily :)), eating, drinking water out of sippy cups, nursing, dancing to music, the "Ugly Duckling" song, playing the keyboard, putting balls into containers and taking them out ( and putting them back in again and then taking them out), following Addie around, talking (she can say "Addie", "up", "Mama"), signing (she can sign "more", "all done", "milk", "want"), being carried in the backpack carrier,
She doesn't like: having something dangerous be taken away from her, not being allowed to dive head first off of beds and couches, having chalk and crayons taken away from her, having her face wiped off after meals, teething pain, waking up in the middle of the night, taking long naps.
Prediction for the future: Calla will be a fearless daredevil/ leader who survives on little sleep and will spend all her money on shoes and books.
