Roomba

Apparently, unbeknownst to us, we've had a "Roomba" for the last 9 months.  All of a sudden, a week ago, it started working. I've always thought it would be cool to have one of these. No sweeping or vacuuming, you just push a button and the thing zooms around your floor cleaning up dust, dirt, food specks and random crap. You don't have to do a thing.

However, there is a flaw with our "roomba": while it is very effective at sucking up every tiny tiny speck, we have the model that can be seriously compromised if the wrong object is absorbed. So I have to follow the "roomba" around and take the things out of it after they've been sucked in.  Maybe in a year or so this model can be trained to sweep the stuff up into a dust pan!
