Butterflies
Addie was given a butterfly enclosure and coupon for free caterpillars for her 5th birthday. We sent away for the caterpillars a couple months ago. Three of the caterpillars successfully metamorphosed in butterflies, "Jackie" however, struggled from the beginning and never emerged from his chrysalis. Addie was really excited to observe the whole process and my first intention was to take lots of photos and make a picture book. I only ended up taking a couple though.
